Dr. W. Dale Crum is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon in Spokane, WA. He was previously on staff at The Kaiser Permanente Maxillofacial surgery department in Southern California. As a result of this position, he gained extensive experience in the correction of dentofacial deformities.

Dr. Crum joined Oral Surgery Plus in 1996 and now provides both in patient and out patient services including wisdom teeth, jaw surgery for congenital deformities and growths, as well as jaw joint surgery.
