 Background Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training after Dental School. As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the doctors at Oral Surgery Plus manage a wide variety of problems relating to the Mouth, Teeth and Facial Regions. The doctors practice a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with expertise ranging from Dental Implant Surgery to Corrective Jaw Surgery and Wisdom Tooth Removal. They can also diagnose and treat Facial Pain, Facial Injuries and TMJ disorders. Oral Surgery Plus' staff is trained in assisting with IV Sedation within our state of the art office settings. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. In addition, General Anesthesia provided for more complex procedures, can be provided by board certified Anesthesiologists at our Surgery Center. | Surgical Staff The surgical staff at Oral Surgery Plus are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in surgery. We also have trained registered nurses (RNs) who assist in administration of IV anesthesia. Our surgeons and nurses are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. All clinical staff are CPR certified and our informed administrative personnel are well-versed in both medical and dental insurance policies. |
